  • Oral
    • 6 months up to 3 years
      • 0.5 - 1 mg/kg/dose, as required 1-6 x daily. Max: 36 mg/day. Minimum interval between 2 doses: 4 hours.
    • 3 years up to 6 years
      • 7.5 mg/dose, as required 2-4 x daily.
    • 12 years up to 18 years
      • 15 - 30 mg/dose, as required 3-4 x daily.
      • Directions for administration:

        Swallow the tablet whole because the bitter taste of the medicine will otherwise be released.

    • 6 years up to 12 years
      • 15 mg/dose, as required 2-4 x daily.
      • Directions for administration:

        Swallow the tablet whole because the bitter taste of the medicine will otherwise be released.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.
