Warnings & precautions in children

It is essential that there are NO MIX-UPS with isosorbide nitrate when prescribing and preparing. It is therefore recommended that the pharmacist is informed when prescribing and suggested that the prescription should include the following text: ISOSORBIDE solution in water. Be careful it is NOT the nitrate!
