Warnings & precautions in children

Growth retardation has been reported in children treated with intranasal corticosteroids at therapeutic doses. As adolescents can still grow, the height of adolescents receiving long-term treatment with a nasal corticosteroid should be monitored regularly. In the case of growth retardation, reduce the dose, if possible, to the lowest dose at which effective control of symptoms is maintained. [SmPC Dymista]
