    • 1 month up to 18 years

      • 2 puff(s)/dose, as required repeat after 5 minutes. Per puff: 50 micrograms fenoterol + 20 micrograms ipratropium.
      • Further inhalations may be needed.

    • Inhalation solution
      • < 6 years
        • Solution: 0,25 mg/ml ipratropiumbromide and 0,5 mg/ml fenoterolhydrobromide: 10 drop(s)/dose, once only.
      • 6 years up to 12 years
        • Solution: 0,25 mg/ml ipratropiumbromide and 0,5 mg/ml fenoterolhydrobromide: 10 - 40 drop(s)/dose, once only.
      • ≥ 12 years
        • Solution 0,25 mg/ml ipratropiumbromide and 0,5 mg/ml fenoterolhydrobromide: 20 - 50 drop(s)/dose, once only. Max: 80 drop(s)/dose.
