  • Oral
    • 1 year up to 2 years
      • 2.5 mg/dose 1st dose: 10-18 hours prior to procedure
        2nd dose: 4-6 hours prior to procedure.
    • 2 years up to 4 years
      • 5 mg/dose 1st dose: 10-18 hours prior to procedure
        2nd dose: 4-6 hours prior to procedure.
    • 4 years up to 9 years
      • 10 mg/dose 10-18 hours prior to procedure and 5 mg/dose : 4-6 hours prior to procedure

    • 9 years up to 18 years
      • 10 mg/dose 1st dose: 10-18 hours prior to procedure
        2nd dose: 4-6 hours prior to procedure.
