Reactions at the injection site: pain (52.6%), swelling/edema/induration (16.5%), and erythema (14.4%).

Warnings & precautions in children

Safety and effectiveness in children under 2 years of age have not been established. Vaccination before the age of two is not recommended, as typhoid fever is rare in infants. In addition, the antibody titer after vaccination may be lower in this age group.
