    • 2 years up to 18 years
      • 400 mg/day in 4 doses. Max: 40 mg/kg/day.

      • Raise after 2-3 weeks if necessary to a maximum of 40 mg/kg bodyweight per day. Lower the dosage if sufficient results are obtained.
