Dosages

Treatment HIV infection
  • Oral
    • ≥ 2 years and ≥ 25 kg
      • 1 tablet once daily (150 mg elvitegravir, 150 mg cobicistat, 200 mg emtricitabine, 10 mg tenofovir alafenamide (as the fumarate))

      • Directions for administration:

        Take with food

    • ≥ 2 years and 14 up to 25 kg
      • Once daily 1 tablet ( Elvitegravir 90 mg Cobicistat 90 mg Emtricitabine 120 mg Tenofoviralafenamide  6 mg)

      • Directions for administration:

        Administer together with food.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

Adjustment in renal impairment as specified:

GFR 50-80 ml/min/1.73 m2

GFR 30-50 ml/min/1.73 m2

GFR 10-30 ml/min/1.73 m2

Patients on dialysis
