Adult Side Effects
Vaak (1-10%): wazig zien, oogafscheiding, gevoelige ogen, oogpijn, corpus alienumgevoel, verhoogde intraoculaire druk. Soms (0,1-1%): rinitis, faryngitis. Hoofdpijn, dysgeusie. Oculaire hyperemie, oogpruritus, abnormaal gevoel in het oog (kleverig gevoel), verhoogd fibrine gehalte in de voorste oogkamer, droge ogen, conjunctivaal oedeem, keratitis, verhoogde tranenvloed, fotofobie, oogoedeem, oogirritatie, ulceratie van de cornea, korstvorming op de ooglidrand, corneaal oedeem, corneale infiltraten, corneale erosie. Hypotensie, pigmentatie van de cornea. Langdurig gebruik van corticosteroïd-oogdruppels kan leiden tot onderdrukking van de bijnierschorsfunctie en in zeldzame gevallen tot cataracta subcapsularis posterior.
