Dosages

Pre-exposure prophylaxis COVID-19
  • Intravenous
    • ≥ 12 years and ≥ 40 kg
      • 600 mg/ 600 mg casirivimab / Imdevimab once. Then as needed 300 mg/ 300 mg casirivimab / imdevimab 1x every 4 weeks until prophylaxis is no longer needed.

         

      • If intravenous administration is not possible, subcutaneous administration may be considered. 

    • ≥ 12 years and ≥ 40 kg
      • 600 mg/ 600 mg casirivimab / Imdevimab once. Then as needed 300 mg/ 300 mg casirivimab / imdevimab 1x every 4 weeks until prophylaxis is no longer needed.

         

      • If intravenous administration is not possible, subcutaneous administration may be considered. 

Post-exposure prophylaxis COVID-19
  • Intravenous
    • ≥ 12 years and ≥ 40 kg

      • If intravenous administration is not possible, subcutaneous administration may be considered. 

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.

GFR <10 ml/min/1.73m2: A general recommendation on dose adjustment cannot be provided.
