  • Infiltration
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • 150 IU/dose, once only. inject into the extravasation area..
      • In vinca-alkaloids

    • Preterm and Term neonate
      • Solution 15 I.E./ml: 1 ml/dose divide over 5 injections around the extravasation site.
