Angio-oedema
  • Subcutaneous
    • ≥ 2 years and 12 up to 26 kg
      • 10 mg/dose once per episode.
    • ≥ 2 years and 26 up to 41 kg
      • 15 mg/dose once per episode.
    • ≥ 2 years and 41 up to 51 kg
      • 20 mg/dose once per episode.
    • ≥ 2 years and 51 up to 65 kg
      • 25 mg/dose once per episode.
    • ≥ 2 years and ≥ 65 kg
      • 30 mg/dose once per episode.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.
