  • Oral
    • Term neonate
      • 27.7 mg/dose, as required, max. 4 x daily.
      • OPTIONAL (upon discretion of individual countries: add info on products/strenght of droplets)

        • 16 gtt Antiflat and Lefaxin-drops contain 41,2mg Simeticone.
        • 16gtt SAB-simplex contain 44,3mg Simeticone.
    • 1 month up to 6 years
      • 41.5 mg/dose, as required, max. 6 times daily.
      • OPTIONAL (upon discretion of individual countries: add info on products/strenght of droplets)

        • 16 gtt Antiflat and Lefaxin-drops contain 41,2mg Simeticone.
        • 16gtt SAB-simplex contain 44,3mg Simeticone.
    • 6 years up to 18 years
      • 55.4 - 83 mg/dose, as required 4-6 times daily.
      • OPTIONAL (upon discretion of individual countries: add info on products/strenght of droplets)

        • 16 gtt Antiflat and Lefaxin-drops contain 41,2mg Simeticone.
        • 16 gtt SAB-simplex contain 44,3mg Simeticone.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months
