Warnings & precautions in children

Limited studies of ≤ 3 months duration in children (1 month – 6 years) show no safety concerns. Due to the potential risk of metabolic acidosis, neonates with significant renal tubular immaturity should receive dorzolamide only after careful benefit-risk assessment.
