Dosages

Acute rhinitis, acute exacerbation of chronic, allergic and vasomotor rhinitis, adjuvant for sinusitis
  • Nasal
    • 2 years up to 6 years
      • Drops 2.5 mg (phenylephrine) + 0.25 mg (dimetinden) / ml:
        1 - 2 drops in each nostril 3-4 times daily.

         

        • There should be at least 6 hours between 2 applications.
        • Do not use for longer than 7 days, unless prescribed by a doctor.

         

    • 6 years up to 12 years
      • Drops or spray 2.5 mg (phenylephrine) + 0.25 mg (dimetinden) / ml:
        1 - 2 drops or 1 spray in each nostril 3 -4 times daily

        • There should be at least 6 hours between 2 applications.
        • Do not use for longer than 7 days, unless prescribed by a doctor.
    • 12 years up to 18 years
      • Drops or spray 2,5 mg (Phenylephrin) + 0,25 mg (Dimetinden)/ml:
         
        2 - 3 drops or 2 sprays in each nostril 3 - 4 times daily

        • There should be at least 6 hours between 2 applications.
        • Do not use for longer than 7 days, unless prescribed by a doctor.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months
