Mucopolysaccharidosis, type I
  • Intravenous
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • 100 U/kg/dose once a week.
      • Directions for administration:

        The initial infusion rate of 2 U/kg/hour may be gradually increased every fifteen minutes (if tolerated) to a maximum of 43 U/kg/hour. The total quantity should be administered over approx. 3-4 hours.
