  • Oral
    • 1 year up to 12 years
      • 0.1 mg/kg/day in 3 doses. Max: 3 mg/day.
      • 1 mg = 20 drops

    • 12 years up to 18 years
      • 3 - 6 mg/day in 3 doses.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

Do not use in children under one year of age because the sedative effect may lead to periods of respiratory arrest during sleep.
