The absorption of adapalene through the skin is low; in clinical studies, with an analytical sensitivity of 0.15 ng / ml, no measurable adapalene concentrations in plasma were found after chronic cutaneous administration on large area of acne skin.

    • ≥ 12 years

      • Apply thinly 1x per day onto clean and dry skin in areas affected by acne. 

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.

GFR <10 ml/min/1.73m2: A general recommendation on dose adjustment cannot be provided.
