      • Achtung:
        Dosis und Dosisfrequenz von Zytostatika hängen von der Erkrankung ab und sind stark neuen Erkenntnissen unterworfen. Zytostatika werden in der Onkologie/Hämatologie oftmals in Kombination verwendet. Aus diesem Grunde wird auf die detaillierten Behandlungsprotokolle verwiesen.

        Als Hinweis wird folgende Dosierung des Herstellers angeführt: 2,5 mg/kg/Tag oder 50-75 mg/m2/Tag
