Asthmatic status
  • Intravenous
    • 3 months up to 18 years
      • Initial dose: 1 microg./kg/minute in 10 minutes. or alternatively 1,2 microg/kg/dose as a bolus injection.
      • Maintenance dose: titrate maintenance dose dependent on effect and under control of heart rate (max. 200/min) in steps of 0,1 microg/kg/min every 10-30 min up to 0.2 - 2 microg./kg/minute, continuous infusion.
      • Duration of treatment:

        36-48 hours

      • Phase-out over 6-24 hours.
