  • Cutaneous
    • ≥ 6 months
      • massage into dry hair and the scalp, let it dry and leave for 10 min- 8 hours or a night (Exposure time depends on preparations); repeat the treatment after a week

    • < 6 months
      • Only treat under medical supervision.

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.
