Prevention and treatment of post-operative nausea and vomiting
  • Intravenous
    • 2 years up to 18 years
      • 0.01 - 0.05 mg/kg/dose, as required. Max: 1.25 mg/dose.

      • Prevention: 30 min before the end of the surgical procedure
        Treatment: titrate depending on the effect, repeat every 6 hours if necessary.
