Dosages

Prevention and treatment of infections in severe burns (second and third degree) and pressure sores.
  • Cutaneous
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • Apply once daily (2–3 mm thick)

      • Be aware of the wound assessment worsening.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.

GFR <10 ml/min/1.73m2: A general recommendation on dose adjustment cannot be provided.
