Otitis externa
  • Auricular
    • ≥ 2 years
      • 2 - 3 drop(s)/dose 3-4x daily.
      • Duration of treatment:

        10 days

      • Directions for administration:

        Stay in the same position (lying down) for a few minutes after the drops are applied. Alternatively, a gauze or cotton pad moistened with the preparation can be inserted into the external auditory canal and kept moistened; the pad should be replaced every 24 hours.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.

GFR <10 ml/min/1.73m2: A general recommendation on dose adjustment cannot be provided.
