Dosages

Spasms of the gastro-intestinal tract, flatulence and abdominal pain
  • Oral
    • 8 years up to 12 years
      • 182 mg/dose 1-3x daily as necessary.
      • Duration of treatment:

        Continue treatment until the symptoms have disappeared, usually within 2-4 weeks. Maximum 3 months

      • Directions for administration:

        Take the capsules before meals on an empty stomach with plenty of cold drink (preferably a glass of cold water) and swallow them whole. Do not break or chew the capsules because the peppermint oil is then released too early.

    • 12 years up to 18 years
      • 182 - 364 mg/dose 1-3x daily as necessary. Max: 1.092 mg/day.
      • Duration of treatment:

        Continue treatment until the symptoms have disappeared, usually within 2-4 weeks. Maximum 3 months

      • Directions for administration:
