      • After the dialysis 0.58 - 3.47 microg./m²/week, bolus. Max: 6.93 microg./m²/week.
Rachitis (rickets)
  • Oral
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • 0.25 - 0.5 microg./day in 1 dose. Max: 2 microg./day.
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • 0.25 - 0.5 microg./day in 1 dose. Max: 2 microg./day.
Chronic hypocalcaemia
