Muscle spasms
  • Oral
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • Initial dose: 0.5 mg/kg/day in 1 dose
      • Maintenance dose: Increase weekly if necessary by 0.5-1 mg/kg/day to 0.5 - 8 mg/kg/day in 3 - 4 doses. Max: 12mg/kg/day, but not exceeding 400 mg/day.
      • The usual maintenance dose is 3-8 mg/kg/day
