Athlete’s foot
  • Cutaneous
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • Apply to the affected skin twice daily 

         

      • Duration of treatment:

        For at least 3-4 weeks. Continue treatment for at least a further week after the symptoms disappear

      • Directions for administration:

        Before application, first wash and carefully dry the skin; wash hands after application.

Vaginal candidiasis
  • Vaginal
    • ≥ 12 years
        • 50-100 mg/dosis, gedurende 6 dagen OR
        • 200 mg/dosis, gedurende 3 dagen OR
        • 500 mg/dosis, eenmalig
      • Only on medical prescription.

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.

GFR <10 ml/min/1.73m2: A general recommendation on dose adjustment cannot be provided.
