  • Intravenous
    • 1 month up to 18 years
      • 70 mg/kg/dose May be repeated once if needed. Max: 5 g/dose.
      • 1st dose to be infunded in 15 minutes. 2nd dose ( if needed) to be infunded in 15 to 120 minutes.
