      • 1.500 IU/dose, once only.
      • In consultation with an endocrinologist

Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, induction of puberty
  • Subcutaneous
    • Boys 12 years up to 18 years
      • 1.500 IU/dose twice a week.
      • Adjust the dose depending on the testosterone levels

Cryptorchidism that is not the result of anatomical obstruction
  • Subcutaneous
    • < 2 years
