  • Subcutaneous
    • 10 years up to 18 years
      • Initial dose: 0.75 mg/dose once weekly.
      • Maintenance dose: If needed increase dose after a minimum of 4 weeks to 1.5 mg/dose once weekly.

Side effects in children

The safety profile in children is similar to that of adult patients.
The immunogenicity profile in children is similar to adult patients. 2.1% and 4.0% of patients treated with placebo and dulaglutide, respectively, in the pediatric study developed antibodies against dulaglutide during treatment.
