Incompatible transfusion of red blood cells
  • Intramuscular
    • 0 years up to 18 years
      • RhoPhylac, Rhesonativ: 50 IU per ml of transfused blood or 100 IU per ml of transfused erythrocytes
        RheDQuin: 100 IU per ml of transfused erythrocytes

      • After consultation with a transfusion specialist.
        If a large volume is required (> 2 ml for children or > 5 ml for adults) and intramuscular administration is chosen, it is recommended that this should be given in subdivided doses at multiple injection sites.

  • Intravenous
    • 0 years up to 18 years
      • RhoPhylac: 50 IU per ml of transfused blood or 100 IU per ml of transfused erythrocytes

      • After consultation with a transfusion specialist
