Add-on therapy in Dravet syndrome, combined WITH stiripentol
  • Oral
    • 2 years up to 18 years
      • Initial dose: 0.2 mg/kg/day in 2 doses.
      • Maintenance dose: Increase dose based on effect after 4-7 days to 0.4 mg/kg/day in 2 doses. Max: 17 mg/day.
    • 2 years up to 18 years
      • Initial dose: 0.2 mg/kg/day in 2 doses.
      • Maintenance dose: Increase dose based on effect after 4-7 days to 0.4 mg/kg/day in 2 doses. Max: 17 mg/day.
Add-on treatment in Lennox-Gastaut
