  • Transdermal
    • 10 years up to 18 years
      • 5-6 hours prior to travel, apply 1 plaster (1 mg/72 hour) on the hairless, dry skin behind the ear. If necessary, a new plaster can be applied after 3 days.

Warnings & precautions in children

In rare cases, states of confusion and/or visual hallucinations may occur. In such cases the patch should be removed immediately. If the symptoms persist despite this, appropriate therapeutic appropriate therapeutic measures should be taken, e.g. slow i.v. (intravenous) administration of 1-4 mg (0.5 mg in children) physostigmine which can be repeated if necessary.
