  • Ocular
    • ≥ 4 years
      • 0.5 mg/ml: In each eye:  1 drop(s)/dose 2-4 times daily.
Non-seasonal allergic conjunctivitis
  • Ocular
    • ≥ 12 years
      • 0.5 mg/ml: In each eye: 1 drop(s)/dose 2-4 times daily.
      • Duration of treatment:

        Maximum of 6 weeks continuously

Renal impaiment in children > 3 months

GFR ≥10 ml/min/1.73m2: Dose adjustment not required.

GFR <10 ml/min/1.73m2: A general recommendation on dose adjustment cannot be provided.
