Warnings & precautions in children

The potential risk of apnea and the need to monitor respiratory functions for 48-72 hours should be considered in the case of primary immunization in very preterm infants (born ≤ 28 weeks gestation), especially those with a not yet fully developed respiratory system in the anamnesis. Since the benefit of vaccination in this group of children is great, the vaccination should not be withheld or postponed.
