      • 1 capsule (2000 billion bacteria) on days 1, 3 and 5.

      • Directions for administration:

        The capsules must be taken whole one hour before a (hot) meal on an empty stomach with
        a little liquid (water, tea or a soft drink – not dairy products). It is important that something is eaten one
        hour afterwards.
