      • Initial dose: 256 - 400 microg./day in 1 dose
      • Maintenance dose: The dosage can be halved once a satisfactory effect is achieved 128 - 200 microg./day in 1 dose
      • Directions for administration:

        Spread the dose over both nostrils

      • The minimum effective dose should be used for maintenance treatment

Warnings & precautions in children

Growth retardation: if long-term chronic use of nasal corticosteroids in children is necessary, give as low a dose as possible. Growth retardation in children has been reported with use of therapeutic doses of nasal corticosteroids; monitor height regularly with long-term use, especially with combined inhalation therapy for asthma. If growth inhibition occurs, try to reduce dosage and refer to pediatrician.
