Very common (≥ 10%): loss of appetite, growth retardation and reduced weight (especially in children). Insomnia. Headache. Upper abdominal pain (especially in younger children).
Common (1-10%): aggression (especially in young children), irritability, nervousness, anxiety, depression (especially in adolescents), tic disorder (especially in young children), affectlability. Dizziness, restlessness, tremor, sleepiness. Tachycardia, palpitations. Dyspnea. Diarrhea, constipation. Nausea, vomiting (especially in children). Skin rash (especially in younger children). Fatigue. Fever (especially in children).
Uncommon (0.1-1%): hypersensitivity. Speech, dysphoria, euphoria, mania, dermatillomania, hallucinations. Dyskinesia, dysgeusia. Mydriase, blurred vision. Cardiomyopathy. Urticaria. Raynaud's phenomenon.
Furthermore, anaphylactic reaction, angioedema, Stevens-Johnson syndrome have been reported. Psychosis. Insult. Eosinophilic hepatitis.
