  • Oral
    • 1 month up to 3 years

      • Initial dose: 10 mg/kg/day in 1 - 2 doses.
      • Maintenance dose: 20 - 40 mg/kg/day in 1 - 2 doses. Max: 1.000 mg/day.
    • 3 years up to 6 years

      • Initial dose: 250 mg/day in 2 doses.
      • Maintenance dose: Increase the daily dose if necessary every 4-7 days by 125 mg to 375 - 1.000 mg/day in 2 doses.
    • ≥ 6 years

      • Initial dose: 500 mg/day in 2 doses.
      • Maintenance dose: Increase the daily dose if necessary every 4-7 days by 125 mg to 625 - 1.500 mg/day in 2 doses. Max: 2.000 mg/day.
