Allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria
  • Oral
    • 15 up to 30 kg

      • 5 mg/day in 1 dose
      • In chronic urticaria, raising the dose can be considered up to a maximum of 4 times the daily dose. TAKE CARE when using the liquid formulation in high dosages for the indication urticaria. The liquid formulation contains propylene glycol. 

    • ≥ 30 kg

      • 10 mg/day in 1 dose
      • In chronic urticaria, raising the dose can be considered up to a maximum of 4 times the daily dose.

Use caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment: dose adjustment:
