Toxoplasmosis, congenital
  • Oral
    • 1 month up to 1 year

      • Initial dose: On days 1 and 2: 2 mg/kg/day in 2 doses.
      • Maintenance dose: Day 3 and then for 6 months: 1 mg/kg/day in 1 dose Thereafter 1 mg/kg/day 3x a week for the first year of life.
      • Combined with sulfadiazine and folinic acid

    • Term neonate
