Cardiac failure
  • Oral
    • 1 year up to 6 years
      • Initial dose: (Bisoprolol fumarate) 0.05 mg/kg/day in 1 dose
      • Maintenance dose: slowly titrate dose based on effect to max  10 mg/day in 1 dose
      • Expert-based recommendation: studies on bisoprol in children with heart failure have not been conducted. 

    • 6 years up to 18 years
      • Initial dose: (Bisoprolol fumarate) 1.25 mg/day in 1 dose
      • Maintenance dose: slowly titrate dose based on effect to max  10 mg/day in 1 dose
      • Expert-based recommendation: studies on bisoprol in children with heart failure have not been conducted. 

    • 6 years up to 18 years
      • Initial dose: (Bisoprolol fumarate) 1.25 mg/day in 1 dose
